VCCS Technology in Education Award (TIE) for the develop of the first statewide web based associate degree nursing program (VCCS Commonwealth Nursing Program). Awarded April, 2006.
VCCS Chancellor’s Commonwealth Professorship Award. Named a Chancellor’s Professor for 2000-2002 with a $10,000.00 monetary award.
VCCS Master Teacher Award. Named one of the Master Teachers in the VCCS 2000.
