Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Bon Secours Memorial College of Nursing
Ranks 1st in the Nation!
Out of 1752 nursing programs across the United States,
we ranked number 1 in licensure pass rates
for April to September, 2011!
Are you a high school or home-schooled student planning to enroll immediately after you graduate? If so, Bon Secours is an excellent choice, where we come to know you personally and offer one-on-one academic and financial aid advising.
Are you a current college student or recent college graduate? The majority of our students are just like you. We will evaluate your transcripts for transfer credit for general education coursework you’ve completed at another institution. This could reduce the length and cost of your program.
Is nursing a second (or third) career for you? Are you exiting the military? If so, you’ll meet many other students in our program who have discovered their passion for nursing later in life.
We welcome you to a diverse student body that includes men and women of varying ages and life experiences who come together with the common goal of becoming an RN. We are committed to your academic success. And we are committed to excellence in nursing education which is offered in the spirit of compassion and service – our hallmark for more than half a century.
Admission to the Bon Secours Memorial College of Nursing is competitive and applicants are not guaranteed admission to the program.
The minimum cumulative grade point average for admission is a 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. The admissions committee evaluates each applicant’s academic performance, essay, references and pre-admission entrance exam scores. Performance in required science and math courses is particularly important.
