student achievement - gainful employment programs
Final regulations published in the Federal Register on October 29, 2010, [75 FR 66665 and FR 66832], by the U.S. Department of Education (the Department), require institutions that participate in the student financial assistance programs authorized under Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended (the HEA), to report certain information about students who enrolled in Title IV-eligible educational programs that lead to gainful employment in a recognized occupation (GE Programs). Those regulations also provide that institutions must disclose to prospective students certain information about their GE Programs.
Currently Bon Secours Memorial College of Nursing has one GE Program.
- GE Program: Registered Nurse Diploma Program
*Students are no longer accepted into the Registered Nurse Diploma Program. Students now apply to the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program.

The on-time graduation rate for students completing the program.
Colleges and universities are required to disclose "On-Time Graduation Rates," also referred to in the regulations as completion rates, for each group of students that graduates from the College. The rate is calculated by dividing the number of on-time completers by the total number of graduates for the year.
Bon Secours Memorial College of Nursing additionally provides the number of graduates during an award year who completed their programs within 150% of the normal program length. This is a common measurement used in reporting graduation rates in other federal reporting and to accrediting agencies.
