Students are required to carry private health insurance throughout enrollment in the program to cover needed health services that are beyond first aid. While we do not recommend any specific program, several resources are offered here for your consideration:

professional liability insurance
The student is encouraged to carry professional liability insurance in order to go into clinical area. The student pays an annual premium for the amount of coverage which can be purchased through the National Student Nurses Association.
