The United States Department of Education recently passed new regulations requiring all institutions that receive Title IV federal financial aid to provide contact information in each state and U.S. territory where students may file a complaint.
Bon Secours Memorial College of Nursing currently operates in Virginia and has applied for Online Education Registration with the Maryland Higher Education Commission. Learners who have complaints that have not otherwise been resolved through informal contact with their course faculty, academic advisor, or the Office of Student Success should follow College Policy ADM 1.06 - Appeal Process for Student Grievances/Complaints-Academic and Non-Academic. This policy provides a structured process for resolving problems, complaints, or grievances relating to the execution of institutional policies or procedures.
