The application you are trying to enter uses your college email address (e.g. erica_smith@bsmcon.edu) as the username and your college email password.

 

• Not working?  Try signing out of all microsoft accounts by going here (LINK).  Then, go back to your application and try signing in again.

 

• Forgot your college email account password?  Go here (LINK) to reset your password.

 

• Don't know your college email address/username?  Look for an email from the College around the time you were admitted ("Your New College Email Account...").
