Empowering New Grad RNs Through Competency-Based Education
Join us and BSMCON faculty member Susan Wilkins, MSN, RN, MBA, for a virtual CEU session on Friday, May 20 at 2:00 p.m.
Wilkins, a clinical associate professor and former pre-licensure program chair, will present a one credit-hour CEU on competency-based education (CBE) and clinical judgment for new graduate RNs.
Explore the baseline competency of new graduate nurses and discover models that unit leaders and colleagues can use to help them develop and strengthen clinical judgment skills.
