Are meals included in my registration fee?
Generally, lunch is included for full day conference sessions. Please check the brochure of the conference you are attending as it will be indicated if lunch is provided.
Requirements for completion
Participants must attend the seminar and complete the online evaluation to receive credit for successful completion.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and requests for refunds will be honored only if received 5 working days prior to the first day of the program. An administrative fee of 25% of the registration fee will be deducted from all refunds. No refunds will be made if cancellation is made less than 5 working days before the conference. Substitutions will be accepted with advanced notification.
Disclosures
In accordance with the ANCC accreditation standards, everyone involved in the planning or presenting this educational activity will be required to disclose any relevant financial relationships, or the lack thereof, with commercial interests in the healthcare industry, and this information will be made available to participants at the start of the activity. Participants will be informed of any commercial support related to the educational activity, and they will be informed that accredited status does not implay endorsement by the provider or ANCC of any commercial products displayed in conjunction with an activity. In addition, speakers who incorporate information about off-label or investigational use of drugs or devices will be asked to disclose that information.
Parking at the College
Parking is available on site. All participants in continuing education programs must park in a designated space marked with a blue square or on the street. Parking in unauthorized spaces is subject to towing.
