Our Success
Our graduates have advanced in leadership roles within the nursing profession, working in hospitals, community health, school, and outpatient settings. Many of our graduates - 75% on average - choose to begin their nursing careers with Bon Secours! Other graduates have started their nursing careers across more than twenty states, Canada and Japan. As of Fall 2025, seven faculty educators were alumni of the College!

In addition to providing our nurses with more than 900 hours of hands-on clinical experience in Bon Secours hospitals, our nursing education program is rooted in the mission of Bon Secours. At the heart of our philosophy is preparing nurses to build caring, compassionate relationships with their patients. Our nurses serve as advocates, fostering an environment of trust grounded in both compassion and clinical excellence.
