The College has authorized Parchment to provide self-service delivery of all transcripts. This process allows students (current and former) to use a credit or debit card to order and pay for transcripts in a safe online transaction. Please create an account with Parchment to request transcripts and pay a fee starting at $5.00 each; paper copies have an additional fee.
Please note: The College does not fax transcripts.
- Be sure to check with your college, university, employer, etc. to verify that they accept electronic transcripts. If not, then request a paper copy through Parchment.
- If you have any outstanding financial obligations to the College, transcripts will not be issued through Parchment until all such financial obligations have been paid in full.

Yes. While making your request through Parchment, after you select the first destination for your transcript, select "Save and Add Another.”

Can I request an unofficial transcript from the College?
All transcript requests go through Parchment.
What if I have a form that must be attached to my electronic transcript?
You can upload your form to Parchment.
Can I cancel a request through Parchment?
Yes. To cancel an online request for an official transcript, contact Parchment and tell them that you would like to cancel your request. Response time from Parchment is usually one business day.
