BENEFITS FOR BON SECOURS MERCY HEALTH EMPLOYEES
Students who are also BSMH employees are eligible to receive Tuition Benefits. In exchange, they must agree to an 18 month full-time or part-time work commitment after graduation and licensure. Refer to the Education Benefit FAQ for additional information about the Tuition Benefit and eligibility. ALL students who will utilize BSMH-Guild Tuition Benefits to fund any Semester, beginning with Spring 2023, are required to re-apply on the newly re-launched Guild platform beginning Dec. 1. As an associate (employee) of Bon Secours Mercy Health (BSMH) system as your employer, you are eligible to receive BSMH-Guild Tuition Benefits to fund your education at SCHS. SCHS has entered into a new agreement with Guild Education that requires all students who utilize BSMH-Guild Tuition Benefits to re-apply on the newly re-launched website between Dec. 1 – Dec. 16. It is critical for you to re-apply in order to receive your BSMH-Guild Tuition Benefits for Spring 2023. With your approved one-time re-application, students will no longer have to apply for and submit Sponsorship Letters each Semester. In addition, students will not need to re-apply each Semester. The newly re-launched platform will allow SCHS to transmit data to/from Guild Education to administer your Tuition Benefits. All students who utilize BSMH-Guild Tuition Benefits must re-apply no later than Dec. 16.
Students who are BSMH associates utilizing BSMH-Guild Tuition Benefits are strongly encouraged to utilize eCampus, our new online bookstore. It is beneficial to use this service since the BSMH-Guild Tuition Benefit program does cover the cost of textbooks that are included on the BSMCON Registration Bill. All students received additional information and specific details on how to order textbooks on the new eCampus online bookstore beginning Dec. 1, 2022.
For instructions on completing the application please refer to the Guild Tuition Benefit Application Guide, as well as the video for your program.
