BENEFITS FOR BON SECOURS MERCY HEALTH EMPLOYEES


Students who are also BSMH employees are eligible to receive Tuition Benefits. In exchange, they must agree to an 18 month full-time or part-time work commitment after graduation and licensure. Refer to the Education Benefit FAQ for additional information about the Tuition Benefit and eligibility. Students must apply for the Tuition Benefit prior to each semester. The application opens 45 days before each semester start date, and can be completed  through Guild at bsmh.guildeducation.com. For instructions on completing the application please refer to the Guild Tuition Benefit Application Guide, as well as the video for your program.

BSMCON students who are BSMH employees and want to receive the 20% Tuition Discount but not the Tuition Benefit, must submit the Employee Tuition Discount Form to the Bursar 30 days prior to the start of the semester.

The Employee Tuition Discount Form is an application for a 20% discount, which is applied towards BSMCON tuition only (not fees). Eligible students affirm that they are a current Bon Secours Mercy Health employee (PRN, part-time or full-time) or a legal dependent (per IRS code) of a full-time Bon Secours Mercy Health employee. This form must be signed and received 30 calendar days before the start of each semester to be valid, and submitted to the Bursar’s Office at bsr-bursar@bshsi.org. The Employee Tuition Discount form is only to be used by students who have chosen NOT to participate in the Guild Education BSMH tuition benefit program, but are still eligible for the tuition discount.
